Do I need a computer or a special machine?
No. Everything runs in the browser on any phone or laptop, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. Printers and scanners are optional.
What does it cost?
No setup fees and no card upfront. Each product shows its own plans inside the app, and we talk to you before anything is paid.
Does my walk-in customer have to give a phone number?
No. A counter bill is anonymous unless the customer wants a receipt on WhatsApp, buys on credit, or is making a booking.
Can I take my data out?
Yes, any day. Your records belong to you; there is no lock-in.
Does it work without internet?
Billing’s local mode runs entirely in your browser on one device. Cloud mode needs a connection and never guesses money or stock while offline — it waits.
Which languages does it speak?
The family’s standard six are English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. NammaRoom runs in five of them today; Billing is being brought to all six.
When is NammaTracking coming?
